I'm going to suggest Thursday 9-10AM as a time.

We'd start meeting next week, once I've sent out some technical stuff
and we've had a chance to discuss it. We'll try Gizmo. It looks like you
can create arbitrary conference calls: I'll send out instructions before
the meeting. If it doesn't work well, I'll explore other options.
