[net2-wg] CVS access

Everybody who's going to be working on the collection/dissemination  
implementations will need CVS access to the 2.x repository on  
Sourceforge. I've created a lib/net, but have yet to drop any files  
in there (I've written up the dissemination interfaces, etc.). If  
everyone could send me their sourceforge ID that would be great.
