[net2-wg] Jonathan Hui will chair the meeting tomorrow

I have a prior commitment that I completely forgot about and which I  
can't move, so I won't be able to make the call tomorrow. Jonathan  
will chair the meeting. With regards to implementation, Gil and I  
talked and came up with a plan for dissemination. I'm going to check  
in the interfaces and basic building blocks this weekend, and then  
next week we're going to fill in the rest.
