[net2-wg] Joe Polastre

Joe Polastre recently asked to join the net2 WG. We followed our  
policy of discussing applications off-list, and agreed that he would  
be a good addition to the group. I've emailed him with our decision  
and will be adding him to the list today. Hopefully he'll be able to  
make our teleconference calls.
