Hi Phil,

I like the content. That may be too much detail, but two additional
points in Collection is that tree formation is decoupled from link
estimation, and routing is not restricted to a single parent. Also, as
Joe pointed out, two modes of building a tree are possible:
 - synchronous, like Drain
 - asynchronous (DV-like), like Mintroute.

Lastly, what exaclty do you mean by sink feedback on tree expiration?
