I've always assumed that Snoop is just an instance of Receive. Intercept
is different in that you can't buffer swap. That's an interesting
question, whether Intercept is in 116. I think you're right, it makes
sense that it would be.

Yeah, the pins/buses TEP came out. I put dissemination as 118, so
Collection will be 119.
