It's not there yet, but I think that 2.x will end up having an
@atmostonce annotation on Receive interfaces. This means that if
multiple protocols use the same AM id, it's a compile error. Beyond
instituting some kind of organization that manages the AM ID namespace
(something I think is really unnecessary), there's no way to prevent
this problem.
