[net2-wg] More tests

Hi,

I ran more tests in the same setting, and we still have the same (not
so good) performance.

I tried to decrease the interval between retransmits to 16-32ms, and
also tried to reduce the frequency of beacons to 30s between beacons.

The results are still around 60% for a node 6~7 hops away sending alone at 1Hz.

So, bad parents are most likely the cause.
