Brief note: it looks like core might have found the bug in the atm128  
CC2420 stack that was causing reboots. There's a bug in my  
implementation of the atmega128 SPI bus. We haven't verified that  
it's the only cause of reboots, but it's definitely a problem. People  
are running tests now.

There was also some talk in core about TEP 105 and 116. Basically,  
the question was whether network services should have independent  
start/stop operations from the radio, or whether there should be some  
sort of reference counting scheme. The general consensus is that the  
two should be decoupled. One thought was that it might be nice to  
have a component you can instantiate that turns on the radio on boot.  
The follow-up question is the low-power interface. It would be good  
to get back to Arsalan's proposal. Should we look into rescheduling  
so he can make the meeting? I for one might appreciate something a  
little later than 9...
