[net2-wg] rescheduling net2 meetings

I have not submitted times for a single reason--I do not agree with
the new charter of the net2 working group. If the interest is in
getting YARP (yet another routing protocol), this is something that
does not excite me and I do not want to be a participant. If there is
interest in this group in addressing real problems that exist in real
deployments (I believe Martin Turon's suggestion for Zigbee could be
rephrased as something that is valuable for both industrial and
academic communities) then I'm on board.
FYI, our friends in Europe have a hard time making anything later than
9am PST (6pm CET). You might want to take that into consideration,
depending on the audience that you intend to attract.
