[net2-wg] ttx slides draft

Is this is a research presentation or a status presentation?  The
current slides show a remarkable amount of progress; it isn't
necessary in a 5 minute presentation to explain all the
variations--likewise, don't show data that will take more than 5
minutes to explain.
