[net2-wg] Deluge T2 snapshot

Hi!

Here is a current snapshot of the Deluge T2. Inside there is README and a 
draft of the manual. The tos/ and apps/ folder are arranged roughly in the 
way they should be in the official tinyos-2.x/ directory. The Makefiles of 
the two example applications are modified to use relative positions 
to the deluge folders so the content of the tos/ and apps/ doesn't have to 
be copied in the tinyos-2.x/.

In the archive there is also a patch that adds the bnp.extra to the 
the support/make/ directory. In the README there are instruction how to 
apply it.

It would be great if someone tries the code and tells us if its working. :-)

One final thing: the TOSBoot part and the related things from DelugeC are 
messy for now. :-(
