[net2-wg] ctp with new parameters

Some CTP results from 56 node experiment with SEND_INTERVAL = 8192 and
full transmit power.

With
    ALPHA = 2,
    DLQ_PKT_WINDOW = 5,
    PARENT_SWITCH_THRESHOLD = 15,

Delivery ratio for all the experiments seems similar.

Pkt delivery cost in increasing order: expt3, expt4, expt1, expt2

(very small difference between expt4 and expt1)

Number of retransmissions/expttime: 

expt4: 1071/323 = 3.31
expt3: 1556/494 = 3.14
expt2: 1646/381 = 4.32
expt1: 1080/326 = 3.31

parent changes/time:

expt4: 282/323 = 0.87
expt3: 363/494 = 0.73
expt2: 574/381 = 1.51
expt1: 206/326 = 0.63

In expt2, there are unusually high number of parent changes.
