That sounds like a good idea to me. It would be good to separate the  
implementation from the interfaces, though. The core collection  
interfaces, for example, are in lib/net, but CTP and MLQI are in lib/ 
net/ctp and lib/net/lqi respectively. How about we put the  
dissemination implementation into lib/net/trip for TRIckle Protocol?  
I would say DIP for DIssemination Protocol but that's the name Kaisen  
has been using for his algorithms.
