Do people who contributed code/slides want special recognition?

There are two ways in which we can do this:

- List everyone from net2 on the first slide, and attribute each
protocol to a set of people as I talk about the protocol.

- List everyone from net2 on the first slide, but have two different
lines - one line for people whose software/slides are highlighted and
one line for people who contributed as a member by participating in
discussions, etc, or use bold face to separate the first group, etc.

Please let me know your preference on special recognition of people:
should there be? how is easy if the decision is there should be.
