[net2-wg] collated content for net2 presentation

I collected content sent by everyone for net2 presentation. I would
not even call it a draft but it gives a good overview of what we have
been doing as a group. Although we won't be able present everything on
this file, we should update our website based on the information that
everyone sent. I will cut down the number of slides by about 50% by
tonight. In the meantime, if I miss someone's name, or some content,
please send emails.
