Makes sense. In the last Core WG call, there was some discussion that  
the zigbee implementation also has (understandably) 802.15.4 MAC code.  
Normally, this wouldn't live in lib/ and would be something on core's  
plate. Jan Hauer (in core) is working on a separate 15.4  
implementation So the thought was that it might be good to get the  
parties involved together on a phone call to talk through how the two  
WGs should coordinate on this sort of thing.
