[net2-wg] tutorials for net2 protocols

Romain just uploaded a tutorial/documentation for TYMO. You can find

I think we need to break up the current "Collection and Dissemination"
tutorial into two tutorials and list the three tutorials
(Dissemination, Collection, TYMO) under "Network Protocols". What do
you guys think?

Kaisen, do you mind adding a section on DIP in the Dissemination
tutorial? You can preface the Dissemination tutorial on a brief
overview of drip and dip and guideline on when to use each one.
