[net2-wg] need tutorial for collection simulation

I think we need a tutorial for collection simulation. The tutorial
should have sample Python script as well as sample inputs to the
simulator and a description of the outputs from the simulator. Lot of
people want to tweak some aspects of CTP or other network protocols
for their research and this tutorial with sample files will be a huge
help to them.

Who has done CTP simulations? Can you provide the files?
