[net2-wg] 15.4 and ZigBee WGs

Vlado,

We discussed the soon-to-be-public proposals for 15.4 and ZigBee WGs
during our meeting last week. We think it is a great idea. We were
curious why it is not a single WG considering there is a significant
overlap in membership and Martin was making the case that technically
the work will be closely tied to each other. But we will let you guys
decide the best scope and structure of the group. Martin also said he
would be interested in joining one or both the groups but I will let
him speak for himself.
