[net2-wg] Vote to remote ZigBee project from net2 projects

A new ZigBee working group has been formed. We need to hand over the
ZigBee tree to the new WG and the best way to do that would be to vote
to remove this project from our list of projects. Please send your YES
or NO vote to remove ZigBee from our list of projects.
