I think the general question that came up was whether work on zigbee  
would be better served by being part of net2, or under a separate WG.  
The zigbee folks felt that a separate WG would be better; as the goal  
of a WG is that it helps a group of people work together, rather than  
hinder them, it seemed reasonable to let them organize as they felt  
best. For example, David C. talked about forming a 6lowpan/IPv6  
working group, but I guess Stephen felt it would be easier to just  
work within net2.

Technically, net2 is the umbrella decision maker for code in the lib/ 
net directory.

What checkins are you talking about?
