I updated the list of TEPs. I updated the goals for 2009 section. Feel
free to update/add/delete.

Phil: The list of TEPs on this page
(http://www.tinyos.net/scoop/special/working_group_tinyos_2-0_network_protocol)
is out of date. Can you update that with the list from the group wiki?

Could whoever took the notes for the last few meetings include the
link on the list of meeting notes? The last one I see is from January
16, 2009.
