[net2-wg] core discussion

There's a discussion going on in the core WG on how to restructure  
message_t and send interfaces to better support variable length  
headers and other concerns. It would be great if members of net2,  
given it's a major user of these abstractions, could engage in the  
discussion.

Core has tried to break the design into two parts: the format of  
message_t and what access interfaces look like. The call today dealt  
with mostly the former. The next call will deal with the latter.
