[net2-wg] DHV / DIP

Hi everyone,

Thank you for letting me be part of the team. I attach a word file  
comparing DRIP/DIP/DHV in terms of implementation, performance, and  
characteristic. Some red texts indicate current issues or to do list  
for DHV. I will write a more accessible and concise description after  
getting your feedback as well as testing DHV thoroughly.
