[net2-wg] DIP/DHV Tests

Here are the results from my test of dissemination protocols:

New Items: 8
Total Items: 16
Nodes: 1 sender, 1 receiver, 1 basestation
Code: Latest from the dev branch. Checked out 8/18/2009
Configuration: {TelosB, MicaZ} x {NoLPL, LPL} x {DIP, DHV}

In all tests, receivers received the 8 new items, and protocols each used DATA messages, VECTOR messages, then SUMMARY messages. Trickle timers were also reduced to TAU_HIGH properly.
