[net2-wg] DIP/DHV Tests

I also would like to confirm that the latest version of DIP works on  
Micaz. Not sure why it didn't work before.

I have tested DIP/DHV on the multi-hop MoteLab at Harvard testbed. They  
are both working.

Total items (T): 128
New items (N): 120
Nodes: 121 Tmotes
Networking: multi-hop

DHV finishes programming in 2/3 of the time compared to DIP. Results  
are similar for other settings of T & N.
