[net2-wg] dhv release timeline (new test results)

Here are the new test results for DIP/DHV

+ Setup

Testbed        : MoteLab at Harvard
Number of nodes: 123 (120 actually report data)
Platform       : Tmote
Networkign     : multi-hop

Total items        : T
Number of new items: N

+ Tests

Test 1: DIP/DHV without LPL, T = 128, N varies from 8 to 128
Test 2: DIP/DHV without LPL, T varies from 8 to 128, N = 8
Test 3: DIP/DHV with LPL, T = 64, N = 8

+ Summary of results

- DHV finishes programming in 50% of the time compared to DIP

   (Details in the file (red texts in 2.3 are new results))
