[net2-wg] cc2420 stack checkin

I've just committed a revision of the cc2420 stack which adds support
for an Ieee 802.15.4 messaging component.  I've tested it reasonably
thoroughly, but if you notice problems after updating, I will be
keeping an eye on my email this weekend.
