[net2-wg] BLIP Tutorial

I have tested BLIP with MicaZ. ping6 and nc6 work fine. However,  
traceroute6 seems not behave properly. Attached is the screen


/opt/tinyos-2.x/apps/UDPEcho$ traceroute6 fec0::1
traceroute to fec0::1 (fec0::1) from fec0::64, 30 hops max, 16 byte packets
