[net2-wg] 2.1.1 release

We are now at the testing stage of the release process. I have tagged  
the repository with

rc_1_tinyos_2_1_1

We currently do not have a tester for the following platforms:
  intelmote2
  telos
  mica2/mica2dot

I've emailed -devel about intelmote2; would anyone like to volunteer  
for telos and/or mica2? If not, I'll mail -devel about them too, but I  
thought I'd give people in the WGs first dibs.

Please, everyone, begin testing. Responsibilities are:

A platform owner MUST, by 10/26:

1) Test that each of the listed applications below work
2) Report to the list that they have done so

An application owner MUST, by 10/26:

1) Ensure that the application meets the naming conventions of TEP 3
2) Ensure that the application has a README that accurately describes  
its operation
3) Report to the list that they have done so

If you *absolutely cannot* do the tasks assigned to you, speak up as
soon as possible.
