I've completed all of the micaz tests except Deluge.

Vlado is going to come up with a way for us to easily track testing
progress, similar to how Kevin did the threads apps (green/yellow/red).

High level points:
  1) As others have noted, the LPL interfaces were changed, but apps
weren't updated.
  2) The tkn154 apps are untestable as is: they do not have clear
statements of test success or failure. They seem to work OK, though...
  3) CC2420 security tests don't seem to pass.
