[SensorNetArch] Draft up

steps to take to access cvs:
1. copy hotos to .ssh directory
2. add to file ".ssh/config" the line "identityfile=~/.ssh/hotos", if
".ssh/config" is not present make one.
3. run command "cvs -d
ct-ee at shrimp.icsi.berkeley.edu:/n/banquet/db/ct-ee/sensorarch/ co hotos"
Step 3 will, in one step, log into ct-ee and tell the cvs-server to
retrieve the module "hotos". Although the private key is distributed the
sshd on shrimp is configured not to give other forms of access to my
account.
I will commit what David has sent.
