[SensorNetArch] Here's a new version of SPWAIST

It is "a position".  Still weak on the support, but I think it states 
the position more directly.

Somebody want to drop these into CVS.  I haven't set mine up yet.

I'll spend a bit of time on lecture now and see where things stand at 10.
