Agreed - I read the latest draft (as of 8AM?) on BART. On a higher
level, the entire thing is too fuzzy and we contradict ourselves many
times. The protocols section is excessively long while the power
management section is content-free. I will start orchestrating in the
next 1/2 hour or so, after I get CVS working properly and see the
current draft.
