[SensorNetArch] minor updates

We met and figured out what we are going to say. Key issue is that 4)
needs to support the major points of the paper:
1) Sensor nets need an architecture
2) In that architecture, the narrow waist is at 2
- 2A) An important challenge is that SP is a rich interface
Here's the plan:
o Ion is rewriting 4.2, which I will then make a pass on
o David is rewriting 4.0 and 4.1
o I am making an initial pass on 4.3, which David will then rework
What we need everyone else to do is make a read of 1-3 and take notes
on what is unclear, how it could be improved, etc. 1-3 need to
convincingly argue point 1 (above): section 4 will argue for point 2,
and talk about some of the issues that arise. Send your
comments/suggested edits to the list.
David C. will write the conclusion.
I set up CVS on Ion's and David's machines, so we should be able to
operate through CVS.
