[SensorNetArch] minor updates

I suggest:

1. Figure 1 should appear on the second page, and mentioned in Section 
3, paragraph 2 ("We claim that such a narrow waist... in a 
hardware-independent fashion [point to figure here]. Seems a bit late to 
appear in section 4.

2. In section 2, perhaps we can use the example of end-to-end 
reliability (i.e. TCP) in the internet to argue that we can't just use 
the transport layer without rethinking the applicability of its 
functionalities to sensor networks, because of in-network processing, so 
what does end-to-end mean, etc...

3. Need to cut, suggest section 3 paragraph beginning "For example...", 
info in paragraph basically covered in one before. Not too sure if the 
following paragraph fits in the section, perhaps should move to the end 
of section 3.
