I know Section 4 is still going through some editing, but I thought I'd go through it anyways.

I'll take some more passes at it as things are committed to CVS.

---------------------------------------------------

S3/P2/L3: Comma between "best-effort" and "single-hop"

S3/P2/L8: Change "sensornet" to "sensornets"

S3/P2/L9: Remove "the" before "SP"

S3/P2/L16-21 : Instead, a single, simple interface, independent of the underlying link technology, should allow efficient implementations of a range of routing protocols that facilitate in-network processing, collective communication, and point-to-point transport.

S3: There seems to be a slight contradiction here, possibly just due to the wording. We first state that SP is a best-effort, single-hop broadcast, but that it also has a directed send operation.

S4: I agree with EE that Figure 1 should be moved earlier. We do talk about moving narrow waist closer to the link layer, and maybe we should show that in the figure.

S4/P1/L8: Highly specialized "applications"... I assume we left "applications" out.

S4.2/P2/L4: Do we want to refer to "the SP layer" simply as "SP"?

S4.2/P3/L2-3: Change "the SP" to "SP's"

S4.2/P4: I think we should explicitly say "name-based protocols" to clearly define the transition and make it match the title.

S4.3/P2/L6: Change "need to be able to" to "should".

S4.3/P3/L13: Change "need to be able to" to "should".

S4.3/P3/L17: Remove "to".
