[SensorNetArch] Supporting schedules?

Ok, from my perspective, we just spent most of a meeting talking about
interfaces for scheduled communication. Is the goal of SP to be a
potentially-scheduled link-layer interface, or to be a link layer
interface that can _support_ scheduling of communication by a separate
layer?

If we want SP to be a link-layer interface that supports scheduled
communication, shouldn't we talk with someone who's actually
implemented a scheduled communication system and ask them about the
problems they encountered with the current link-layer interface?

This would both narrow the focus of SP and give us some real data with
which to work.

I recommend Barbara Hohlt. Does anybody know anyone else?
