[SensorNetArch] Go get it -- Updated almost everything

Since Scott and David are probably waking up now, Jonathan and I are
retiring for some sleep.

Most all of the paper is in draft form, but with text.  Yes, really. 
We need a few folks to do some passes.  Specific things that need to
be done:

* SP concept figures for section 2
* MintRoute data for CC1000
* Trickle discussion in Section 5.2 (Results)
* Specifically for Scott/Ion: SP doesn't support multicast currently. 
What should we say about it in Section 7.1?
* Sections 7.2 and 7.3 need to be written (implications for policy and
applicability to other types of wireless networks)

Once the above is done, we'll be in fairly good shape (I think we're
in good shape already with all of the text and figures that have been
generated tonight).
