[SensorNetArch] CFP: Sentient Future Competition

Since you said at the last meeting that you want to come up with
applications that apply to the sensor network architecture, here is a
good motivator.  With the current exchange rates, 6,000EUR may
actually amount to a sizeable chunk of change :)
