[sim-wg] Availability for a quick telconference

Everyone,

I hope everyone is having a good beginning to your year/semester/etc. I was
talking with Phil about the workings of the working group and how the other
groups do things. One thing that I think would be very helpful is a biweekly
teleconference. The purpose of the telecon is just to get a quick status,
talk about any issues and figure out how to get people help.

I'm suggesting that we use Skype. Its free, available for multiple
platforms, and does conference calling.

I know we are all over the map but hopefully we can make something work.
Again this isn't going to be a long call. I think its important to keep
things moving.

As a starting point, I'm going to suggest every other Wednesday at 9AM PST,
10 MST, 11 CST, 12 EST, 5PM GMT.
