[sim-wg] Availability for a quick telconference

Hi All,

I am OK at  5PM GMT in either days, althought It is middle night here in Xi'an.
It is better to list the outline of the talk beforehand to make the
conference more effective.
Do you have a try this Wednesday (this middle night)?
