[sim-wg] Non-availability for the teleconference

Hi all, 
 
  I couldn't attend the conference since it was late night here.  I waited till 9:30 PM (IST) and went home.  I appologise for informing that I will be available at GMT 5:00 PM. I should have informed with respect to IST.  
 
  Can there be a change in the next teleconference, so that i can join.  GMT 5:00 PM is not convinient for me. My avalability will be from IST 9:00 AM to IST 9:00 PM.
