[sim-wg] Incorporation of Mica2 simulation

Hi all, 

   I have updated the tinyos-2.x-contrib/cedt.  This update is for the support of mica2 simulation.  
My next step is to update with Power calculations for Mica2.  
Kindly checkout the CVS and test the same.
