[sim-wg] TOSSIM SF

All,

Yesterday I ran a 15 hour simulation utilizing the SF extensions and moved
well over 27 million messages. That was my final stress test. I think that
I'm ready to call the extensions good to go. I'll be bringing them into CVS
in the next week. Standard TOSSIM will remain the same.

You'll be seeing a new sf directory in the top level TOSSIM directory.
That's where the extensions will reside. Please feel free to check them out.
