[Tinyos-1.2wg] TTX slides for 1.2

Feedback needed.  In particular:
- The contents of 1.2 can only be highlights.  Is there anything 
important I'm overlooking?
- The hard release date for 1.2.0 is Mar. 15.  However there will be 
further upgrades as we import more of 1.1 into 1.2.  I'm not sure if 
what's stated is realistic.
