Slide 2, second bullet -- left the impression with me that 1.x
deployments don't have the opportunity to move to 1.2.  I don't think
that's what you meant.

There are a few thinks in tos/lib that are distributed separately. The
vm, for example. That isn't to say it doesn't belong there -- it's
just optionally installed.

I don't know about that -- I think David was just saying that you
might replace the 'based on 1.1.10' to 'based on 1.1.x'.  1.1.11 will
be in a couple weeks, for example.

As far as 'what goes in' -- what will most likely happen is we trim
out applications -- many of those aren't distributed now.  Most of the
components in the tree now will go in the release. So I don't think
you need to put anything more than 'based on 1.x', but with updated
documentation and major-release testing.
