[Tinyos-1.2wg] Tools for 1.2

Just a quick note about rpm name field delimiters. rpms use the '-' to
delimit fields in the name -- package, version, release, etc..  The
spec file lists these things and the rpmbuild program concatenates
them together with dashes.
