1.2 toolset

Here are the current thoughts on tools/platforms. I'm ccing 2.0 since
we'll likely use the 1.2 toolset for 2.0.

supported platforms

possibly Debian  (based on its apparent popularity w/tinyos users)

cygwin
------------
I have a snapshot from December packaged in an appropriate way for the
installshield wizard to autoinstall it (ala pbuonadonna 2003). I put a
tgz of the packages here:
http://www.tinyos.net/dist-1.2.0/tools/windows/

(Note that we're going to update our cygwin prior to 1.2; this will
require a new installshield wizard, but it will be worth it.)

avr-gcc (plus avarice, binutils,insight,libc):
